We accept artwork from all ages and skill sets. Everyone is welcome! We only ask that you submit original artwork made by you. This includes:
Absolutely no AI-generated content. We really want to see human talent from artists who have genuine passions and skills.
No art taken from the internet (stock images, completed royalty-free art, etc.).
No submitting artwork created by others on behalf of another person.
Anyone can enter from any country or demographic. Adults and children are both eligible. We are, however, primarily looking for young artists.
If you have submitted artwork to any of our previous competitions or giveaways, you are still eligible to participate in this one. You are allowed to submit artwork you've already made, but we would prefer you submit entirely new artwork made specifically for this competition.
What are the details required to submit? What do you need to have accessible?
You must provide your name, email address, and country of origin before submitting your artwork. None of what you end up entering in this section will affect your eligibility (as long as it’s accurate) but is simply for contact and demographic purposes. You must provide it nonetheless.
If you do not have an email address, you can create one easily on accounts.google.com or using Microsoft Outlook.
The file upload requires that you sign into Google. This does not have to be the same email you enter into the form, but it is currently the only way to access the form.
You must also answer all required questions to submit your work.
How to submit artwork?
Artwork is to be submitted using the online Google Form provided on this website. Be sure you’re using the right form by checking the title. Currently, you must sign into Google before accessing the form.
Simply complete all the form details, and then in Section 3, upload your file. You will find all the details and specifications on this page. Remember, submitting is free.
File types and size limits.
Files should be no more than 10 megabytes.
Please submit files in .PNG, .JPEG, or .PDF form. Vector (.SVG) files, .GIF files, Archive (.ZIP) files, and Video (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI) files are not accepted.
Deadline for submissions.
Top-Prize Submissions are open starting October 21st until the end of November. Please submit your finished work before this point or else we won’t be able to view it.
We recommend starting your work early to avoid rushing or delay due to other submissions.
You can also share your entries on social media using hashtags, and tag us (@yasadcreative) after you have submitted your art in our official form.
The competition is free to enter; paid benefits are optional.
The art submitted should be original and your own work. Again, no AI-generated artwork or plagiarism is allowed. On a normal basis, the artwork should have taken you longer than 2 minutes to make (unless you’re just exceptionally cool like that 😎). We consider effort when reviewing submissions. This means low-effort drawings will have a lower chance of winning, so do your best! If you decide to make an abstract drawing, make use of the “Artwork Description” section of the form.
Theme and Style.
While you can create in any art style you want, our theme for this year’s competition is Nature (e.g., landscapes, flora, fauna, ecosystems, atmosphere) . Submissions that clearly communicate this concept and theme will have a better chance of winning. Fall or winter-themed drawings and animal-themed art will be especially appreciated. If you don’t want your drawing to be exclusively based around this theme, it’s fine to insert nature into it as a complimentary theme.
In short, submissions with a strong connection to nature will receive a higher evaluation score. Adherence to the theme will be factored into judging.
As for style, you are allowed to draw in any form you wish, whether it be:
vector art
physical painting
traditional art
sketches
digital art
spray painting
charcoal drawing
pastels
lineart (detailed only)
etc
We do not accept 3D models, but we will accept pictures of homemade sculptures or incredibly detailed dioramas if you legitimately have nothing else to submit. Sewing projects do not count. Knitted projects might pass, but they are not encouraged. We’re mainly looking for creative and imaginative drawings of any form. This is an art competition in the field of illustration specifically.
Artwork should not be excessively photoshopped, and cannot be enhanced by any photo editors or AI.
There are three prizes, one for each round. Digital prizes will be sent straight to the email of the winner.
The prizes include:
Round 1: The first place Top Prize of a $50 Amazon Gift Card + Potential Design Opportunities (internship, hiring, etc.)
Round 2: The second-place prize of an Art Set worth $25 (shipping address will be required in a secure email) + Potential Internship Opportunities
Round 3: The third-place prize of a Digital Certificate and/or Merchandise custom-made by our studio
Each winner will receive one of these prizes based on the round they have won. All prizes are non-returnable. They can not be substituted.
The competition starts in November 1st, 2024. All artwork should be submitted before the end date of December 1st, 2024. You are allowed to submit artwork early before the competition initially starts, since submissions officially open on October 21st, 2024.
If you were unable to submit your work before the deadline, you can still compete for 3rd place in the 3rd Round to win a custom award and merchandise. You cannot compete in Round 1 or Round 2 if you submit past the deadline. Once Round 2 is completed, submissions officially close for good.
After the end date, the competition will consist of three rounds of judging, with each round ending with one winner who receives a prize. Judging and rounds will start after December 1st and end in December 6th.

Winners will be notified of their prize via email and announced on social media after the competition ends.
By submitting your work, you permit us to share your art with the community if you win.
Keep in mind, that we do not own the rights to any of your submitted work. It is yours and yours to keep! Our company promises not to sell or distribute your work without your consent (which is not at all a requirement for eligibility). We only ask that you let us showcase your art on our blogs and websites.
By submitting your artwork, you agree to follow all of these aforementioned rules and guidelines, knowing that we will not be able to view your submission if you don’t.
Terms and Conditions:
We do not own the rights to your artwork.

There are only three prize winners in this competition. No other entires will receive prizes after each round is complete, however they will be able to participate in next year’s competition.
REVIEW: All submissions will be equally reviewed without bias. In the same way, all entries should be submitted without bias.

VIOLATION: Any entries that violate the competition guidelines, including plagiarism, inappropriate content, or infringement, will be disqualified.

You are not permitted to submit multiple entries or multiple drawings—especially on behalf of yourself. Limit your submissions to one drawing per one person. Related family members are allowed to submit their own art on their own behalf.

For any questions regarding the competition or terms, please contact us at info@yasadcreative.studio or contests@yasadcreative.studio.
Evaluation.
Entries will be evaluated purely based on creativity, technique, skill, and adherence to the theme (Nature).
Evaluation is NOT based on the following: random chance, age, residence, art form, art color, time completed, popularity, or personal relationships. The evaluation will focus solely on talent, originality, and adherence to competition guidelines.
Number of judges.
We have brought on a diverse, unique panel of five judges to review each of your entries.
We assure you that none of them will be biased or careless with their reviewing.
Each judge will review the submitted work separately from the other judges to ensure it is a completely fair evaluation.
Some entries might receive feedback if the opportunity arises.
Our founder will then review each judge’s reviews, come to a decision, and then discuss that decision with the judges.
Before a final decision is made, there will also be a voting process.
What happens during the voting process?
A poll will be held online where various people (mainly the previous applicants) can vote for the artwork they liked the most based on skill, adherence to the theme, and overall character of the artwork.
If you participate in this poll, you are not allowed to vote for your own art—just to keep things fair.
These voting results will be added to the score for the judges and the founder.
Any plagiarism or inappropriate content will be removed and immediately disqualified from the competition. Offensive content will also be removed with written notice. You are allowed to resubmit appropriate artwork (only) for the third round if your previous submission goes against our guidelines. We will never disqualify any submission without giving you a valid reason.
Low-effort drawings will not be removed—but if they are discernibly low-effort and somewhat unreadable, it will be hard to judge them and they might get a lower score. This is a reminder to do your best!
